The premacees [sic] hereby conveyed is the same premacees [sic] conveyed by E. Darwin Gibs [sic] and wife to Bradner J. Blake as trustee of Jerusha Osborne by deed bearing date March 1st 1866.
Apparently Jerusha Osborne needed a trustee as early as March 1, 1866. The 1880 census alluded to a problem in the Osborne household.
