Quit Claim To
John Backus, Livonia
...Witnesseth that the said party of the first part [Lydia Richardson] in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part [John Backus]...quit claimed.....All that certain parcel or piece of land situated in the town of Livonia aforesaid bounded and described as follows, to wit; Beginning at the north east corner of a lot or piece of land conveyed by Daniel J. Richardson and wife to the party of the second part, hereof by quit claim deed dated the 5th day of February A.D. 1836 thence running north one chain to a stake, thence west thirty seven chains and seventy five links to the center of the highway thence south along the center of said highway one chain to the line of the said lot deeded by Daniel J. Richardson and wife, thence east along the line of the said lot thirty seven chains and seventy five links to the place of beginning containing four acres of land to be the same more or less and being the same which were set to the said party of the first part in a second division made by commissioners appointed by the order of the Court, Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances.....
In Witness whereof the party of the first part hath hereunto set her hand and seal the day and year first above written...

Note: The deed did not identify Lot 70, but without comparing the property descriptions, Lot 70 aligns with the other deeds from Richardson heirs to John Backus
