Landed Estates In Ireland

The National University of Ireland, Galway site has a database of "landed estates."  Among the "associated families" is the family of Power*:

This description of an estate was of particular interests because a John Power married Jane Newman.  Newman is the middle name of my brother, father and grandfather.  Is there a connection to this family?  None has been found.....yet.....

*Our surname Powers was possibly Power in Ireland
