David and Judith Strong were enumerated  at "T9R7E" on Page 190 in the 1860 census taken in Saline County, Illinois.  They were living between John Roark (enumerated just prior to the Strongs) and F.M. Bourland. 

When the 1860 census was taken, Eleanor was then Eleanor (Roark) Patillo Andrews (Anders in the census), widow of David Andrews.  Living next to her was Starling Anders (b. VA), age 48.  On the other side was a District #2 schoolhouse and then Henry Reynolds in T9R9E in Gallatin County, Illinois.
