Tract Of Land In Maryland Called Ethiopia

Maryland Government document regarding Ethiopia:

In 1830 the tract of land called "Ethiopia and the Isles" was patented to John N. Smith. (1) He most likely built this log house shortly afterwards. In 1884 his heirs sold it along with 897 acres of land to David Evans.(2)
