From the Louisiana Purchase website:
5 Nov 1804 - Articles Of Agreement between William Barrow of New Feliciana and Fourth District of the one part, and John Arick of the same place of the other part....to build a house (Highland Plantation) for William Barrow.
The Barrows were neighbors of the Acklins in West Feliciana.
