...all that tract or parcel of land situate in the town Livonia County of Livingston and State of New York and is part of lot number seventy and a part of the farm formerly owned by Daniel Richardson, and this being the piece allotted and set to Diadama Pane in the Record of the partition of said Richardson's Estate in the Clerk's Office of Livingston County and is described and bounded as follows beginning at the Southeast corner of a piece of land allotted to Washington E Richardson on the East line of said lot no. Seventy, from thence South two chains and fifty nine links and a half to a stake and stones thence west twenty chains to a state and stones thence north two chains fifty nine links and a half to a stake and stones at the southwest corner of the said piece allotted to Washington E. Richardson thence Eastwardly twenty chains to the place of beginning containing five acres and thirty rods of land be the same more or less , Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and rerussions(?) remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate right title interest claim and demand whatsoever of  the said partys of the first part either at law or in equity of in and to the above bargained premises with the Said hereditaments and appurtenances to have and to hold the said above granted bargained and described premises into the said partys of the second part his heirs and assigns to the sale and only proper use benefits and behoof of the said party of the second part, his heirs.......  IN Witness Whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto set their hand and seals on the day and in the year first written.
