Mary Brown's Petition
25 November 1840
Mary Brown, formerly the wife of Michael Lyons, who was located upon
Lot No. 12 in the 11th Concession of the Township of Eldon
as a discharged soldier from the 63rd Regiment, that her husband died in the year 1834 without leaving any heirs and praying she may be granted the said land.
