east side of Haw River bounded as following
Beginning at a B. oak by a branch turning north 60 chains
to an ash in a branch thence down said branch to a
Conditional line made between Peter and John Elmore
on the side of said branch to the mouth on
Haws River thence down the River to the mouth of an other
branch then said branch to the first station
Containing sixty acres more or less
It being part of a tract of land formerly entered by John Hoopman (or Hoofman)
Consigned by him to William Galbrath by him to James Hopkins
and by him to John Trousdale and now
Conveyed to the said William Bryan
