William Whiting, Eldest Brother And Heir Of Charles Whiting

In support of Notice No. 51

1. Proof that the Claimant who resides in the Town of Berkshire, in the State of New York Massachusetts, did not bear arms against Great Britain during the late War--Also that Charles Whiting died in 1817 in the said State without issue a little over 50 years of age.

2. ...died Intestate...Letters of Administration were taken out by his widow

3. Further proof of William Whiting not being engaged in any manner against Great Britain during the late war

4. Further proof that the O. N. died Intestate and that Claimant is Eldest brother before Ralfe? Commission 5 July 1825

5. Further proof that claimant is Heir at law.
