Affidavit (See Image 836):

The late John Cameron of Charlottenburgh who claimed the west 3/4 of Lot No. 14 in the 1st and 2nd Concessions of Charlottenburgh, departed this life on the tenth day of September 1803.  Signed, John Cameron  (the patent for the land bore the date of 13 September 1803)
