Read the following Petitions....
William Howard of the Township of Howard in the Western District Yeoman Stating that he has been granted under a Land Board Certificate 200 acres of land being part of Lot No. 5 on the River Thames in the said Township of Howard--And praying for a grant of a vacant piece of land in rear of the said Lot containing about 50 or 60 acres Recom'd
Recommended that the Petitioner obtain a grant of the space of vacant and grantable land mentioned in the Report of the Surveyor General of the 25th of July 1809 hereunto annexed, consisting of about Eighty acres, subject to Regulations of 6th July 1804.
