...tract of land which is the same tract granted to the said Christopher Acklin by Patent being Date the Eighteenth Day of January 1792 of record in the Registers Office in the State of Virginia reference being thereto had will appear with appurtenances unto the said Peter Wooley....in witness whereof Samuel Acklin by virtue of a Power of Attorney from the said Christopher Acklin being date the 28th Day of October 1793 recorded in the County Court of Scott in the State of Kentucky, aforesaid...this 11th day and year 1794 above written...
