...for and in consideration of a presumption Treasury Land Warrant for 1,000 acres to them...the said warrant containing 500 acres more or less lying and being in the County of Nelson and bounded as follows; to include the said Ash's plantation...to a division line run by Isaac Cox...
Witnesses: Richard Terrill, Stephen Ormsby and P. Butler
And at a Court of Quarter Sessions held for Nelson County on Tuesday the ninth day of September 1794 this deed was fully proved by the oaths of P. Butler and Richard Terrill..Ben Grayson __ Clerk
