He is referred to as Thomas Greer in this 1784 document in this file. Witnesses were Thos Crib(?) and Wm. Greer. His residence was Georgia's county of Rich'd. His trusty friend was Jas. McNeil.
Thomas Greer appeared to have been from Pennsylvania, not Maryland, where my Greers were from. There could be a relationship between the Maryland and Pennsylvania Greers, but it is unkown to me at this time.
