This Indenture made the twenty fifth day of February One thousand eight hundred and two between James Trousdale of the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee of the one part, and Samuel Donelson, Shadrach Nye, James Wilson (Curly) son of Samuel Wilson, Charles Donoko, and Thomas Murray, Commissioners in trust for the said County of Sumner...
 ... a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the said County of Sumner on the Main Road leading from David Wilson Esquire`s to John Dawson`s on Station Camp Creek being part of the tract on which the said James Trousdale at present resides...
