Between John Townsend of Frederickstown, Dutchess County, New York, Yeoman, and Joseph Truesdell* of the same....by consent of Sarah, his wife (wife of John Townsend)...with the southernmost line of Robert Watts land...leads from the house of John Olmsted...to the present dwelling house of Samuel Towner....thence...to said Truesdell's land....
