Stephen Richmond's Heirs

New York, Land Records, 1630-1975, Columbia County, includes S-133, a deed that deals with the estate of Stephen Richmond, son of Edward and Elizabeth Powell Richmond.  T-317 is another deed pertaining to the estate and Stephen Richmond's heirs.

One of the heirs, Sybil Richmond, married Martin Spencer (in a Spencer family tree: iv. Martin, d. in Columbia Co.; m. Sybil Richmond. that also mentioned Gerrard Spencer, a Spencer ancestor of mine through his daughter Sarah).  The Richmonds are also cousins of mine.

Another heir was Peleg Sisson Richmond.
