The instrument was signed by Edward King and wife Mary, and witnessed by John Larrabee and Jacob Brown, Jr.  Acknowledged before Samuel Seabury, JP.  

The property was owned by another Enoch Harvey, nephew of the one to whom the property was originally deeded, and was later owned by Joseph G. Davis (Davis' Landing), whose father purchased it about 1792.
