Julia Congdon and Henry Peasley were married in April of 1870, so she's not Julia Congdon Peasley.

In 1860, there was a Julia Ann (Cardwell) (Church) Peaslee married to Luke Peaslee living in Thornville, Metamora Township, Lapeer County, Michigan.  Thornville was the home of James and Cynthia More as well.  I believe she's the Julia who was a party in the deed.
