I originally thought that this deed involved members of Jim's family (children of James White) from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, area, but now have serious doubts:

Some of the birthplaces listed in the 1910 census don't jibe with Jim's family members.  This 1880 census page seems to contain the correct Whites, who are not Jim's family.
