Hobson Brown's Kentucky Land With A Roark Connection

The Kentucky Land Office has land records online, including the one represented below in the name of Samuel Nisbet (also named was Hobson Brown, grantee).  Hobson Brown was the husband of Elizabeth Roark, daughter of William Roark, the Revolutionary War soldier (and also my ancestor).

Was this the same property subject to the lawsuit?  Stated in part:..."03 Jan 1868 Hopkins County court record was a lawsuit against four men who had "seized in fee" part of Hobson Brown's land grant for debts."  I don't know if the above-described property was involved in the lawsuit, but it is very possible.
