Beginning at two black oaks and a hickory south 178 and 9/10 poles to a Spanish Oak, thence west 178 and 9/10 poles crossing Elk River to a Sourwood sapling on the bank of same, thence northwardly with the meanders of the River and Richard Farris line to said Farris northeast corner in north boundary of the Old Tract, thence east crossing Elk River to the beginning; it being the tract of land decreed by the Chancery Court of Franklin County to Mary Acklin and her heirs.
