Indenture made this 24th day of April 1805(?)**, between John Hunt of Claiborne County, and Samuel Burk of the same county, for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to him in hand paid, for a tract of land lying on the southeast side of Russell's Creek and north of Wallen's Ridge, adjoining the plantation where he now lives, bounding on the lines of Daniel Martin, Samuel Acklin and Jesse Dodson, and containing forty acres.

Deed from NATHANIEL AUSTIN to WILLIAM ACKLIN
Indenture made this 25th day of April 1801, between Nathaniel Austin of Grainger county, and William Acklin of Washington county, Virginia, for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars to his in hand paid, for a tract of land lying on the north side of Wallen's Ridge near the head of Russell's Creek, and containing one hundred and fifty acres.
