Town of Sterling, County of Arenac, State of Michigan: a certain piece or parcel of land situate and being in the Township of Deep River, County of Bay and State of Michigan which is known and described as follows, to wit: South East quarter of the South West quarter (SE 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section 19 in Township Nineteen (19) North of Range Four (4) East containing according to Government Survey thereof Forty (40) acres be the same more or less Also the following Lots viz Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14) and Fifteen Block six (6) Village of Sterling County of Bay State of Michigan, according to a plat duly made and recorded____
