Santa Rosa County, Florida, has deeds online (indexed with images) from January 1, 1982 to present. I was looking in that county for a person who died in 1914, so the indexed records weren't a help.
There was a link, "Click here to search older, non-indexed Images." I picked a Book/Volume/Liber number out of thin air "22" and a page number "002" which was a mortgage dated 1961. That gave me a frame of reference for future searches.
