This site, Ontario Co., NY, Deeds 1789 - 1845, has many deeds indexed -- in fact, it is quite comprehensive. However, for whatever reason, the "R's" aren't indexed and I was looking for the surname "Richmond." I'll monitor this site, hoping for the "R's" to be put online.

I don't know if it will find all of the Richmond deeds, but several come up using the search box on the main page for RAIMS.
