New York, Land Records, 1630-1975, Livingston Deeds, 1819-1828 vol 4-5, mentioned land of the widow Polly Stewart.

This Indenture made the first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight-hundred and twenty-five, between John Burleigh of the town of Livonia, county of Livingston, state of New York, of the first part and Lester Kingsbury...land situate and lying in the town of Livonia being a part of lot number twenty-eight in township number nine and the sixth range of townships being situated as follows...

Besides Polly Stewart, George Pratt* and Thomas G. Ford were mentioned.
